Community involvement

Our school values strong partnerships with our families and community. Parents and carers can get involved through our Parents and Citizens Association (P&C) or by volunteering at our school. Your time and support help make our school a better place for everyone.

Parents and Citizens Association (P&C)

Our P&C is a group of parents, carers and school community members. They assist with school planning, fundraising, events and volunteering. Our P&C works in partnership with our school to promote the interests of our school community.

Joining the P&C a great way to meet other families, get involved and contribute to our school's future. We would love to have you on board!

Join our P&C

• To continue our work,  the P&C need members with a wide range of experiences and talents who are committed to delivering great outcomes for the children and school. The more people involved the more we can achieve!
• Membership is $2.00 per calendar year and enables you to actively participate in voting matters.
• Membership forms are available at the school office, or you can attend a meeting and fill out forms there.
• The current P&C welcomes you and we look forward to your valued input.

P&C meetings

The Gillieston Public School P&C meets on the first Wednesday of each month. Meetings are held at 5pm on school grounds.
